I'm working on what's left of the laptop battery power. No more snow issues, now we have rain and wind! No power for who knows how long. Long Island was hit pretty bad in this last storm! For now we have takeout, a grill and a lot of thawing food! Not to mention TV and computer withdrawal!
In the meantime, I'm thinking spring!
Your flowers are beautiful! I'm sorry the storm knocked your power out. I hope it comes back on soon. That was one storm we were lucky not to receive the worse, just rain all weekend.
ReplyDeleteHoly macaroni! What a storm that was..one lady killed by a falling tree..
ReplyDeleteI thought we might end up in OZ!!
Wow, what a change from your last post! Hope you get power back soon, Carol! I hate when that happens. Once we were out for two days during the girl's 'finals week in high school. Not fun studying by lantern light.
ReplyDeleteYIKES!!! Hold tight Spring is almost here.
ReplyDeleteI feel for you. I hate being without power.
ReplyDeleteJust heard a report on TV about the damage in and near your area. Hope your electricity returns soon. We were without power for 3 days during an extremely cold winter spell. When the electricity finally came back on LOTS of lights were on; I would automatically go into a room and turn on the lights even though there was no electricity.
ReplyDeleteDid the power company get out there last night to cut the juice? Is the tree still leaning or did the crew come back and cut it down?
ReplyDeleteI just realized it's 6 and that means I missed the news once again.
Hope life is returning to normal!
Sorry to hear about your power outage. I hope you get your power back soon.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
I know how horrible power outages are...hope it's back on soon!
ReplyDeleteWe live on pb&j when it happens!
Sorry about your challenging weather ... thank goodness for batteries, eh? Loved your pretty blooms. Hope you're doing okay.
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
