Oregano! I have Greek oregano that has been growing in a container for years, and has begun to bloom already.
That green shade is just so beautiful, and your camera is awesome for capturing the detail down to the texture!

Such a beautiful, fresh green.
Looks like mint, but I'm not exactly an expert.
I am not very good with herbs but my limited knowledge would have to also be mint
Oh phew! I guessed right. Lovely shot.
Basil is my favorite. I love the bold flavor. But oregano works, too.
Kinda looks like mint leaves, which I love the smell of and especially when they in a Mojito that I'm drinking...
Some kind of an herb, right? =)(Oops, I just read that it's oregano!)
I think it is funny that you have already said the answer and people are still guessing! :)
looks delicious ;)
I love Greek oregano! Especially on my pizza!
That looks so good and inviting!
I'm thinking it's mint... either way, very nice and green. :)
Looks like mint to me, too. It has the fuzzy leaves :)
How pretty! The fuzziness of it makes me think it's oregano. Mmmmmmm...I love the smell of fresh oregano! :)
Such a lovely shot...
Fresh mint is wonderful. A new work of art showing gratitude at my blog link.
Basil, right? It looks like Basil to me, anyway, which is one of my favorite herbs!
Basil, one of my faves...
Was wondering what it was, Carol. Such a lovely photo. Thought mint at first but I see in the comments you said it was oregano. I don't often use it fresh. As I recall, you have to use it sparingly because it's quite strong. How do you use it?
Great photo! I feel like i can smell it from here!
Thanks for all the nice comments! It's oregano. And it's really good in this recipe with lamb chops and lemon sauce!http://theresalwaysthyme.blogspot.com/2011/05/lamb-chops-with-lemon-sauce.html
