I tried that, Rita, really salty, but good in a pinch! This was jellied like that a little, too. I'll have the recipe up in a couple days, it's from a leftover roasted chicken.

ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like homemade chicken stock! I toss bits of unused veggies in a ziploc bag in the freezer, and use them for stock.

ReplyDeleteLove making chicken stock at home! The soup or any dish tastes so much better. The best part is that it is easy, just boil away, strain and freeze.
