  6. Mmmmm rice It's been about nine months since I've tasted even a grain on my raw food diet. The last thing I ate before starting it was brown rice and woke up heavier, I'm hoping my body will eventually heal so that it processes processed food more productively with out storing it :) MEanwhile I eat yummy rice with my eyes and nose mmmm.....tasty...
