  1. Those Meyer lemons look great. I want to find some and do some baking with them. Are you going to make something with these?

  6. Do you eat them straight? My husband does, but even with the Meyer variety, I just can't bring myself to do it. :)

  11. I love Meyer lemon, it has the taste between a lemon and mandarin, great for desserts to give some extra sweetness.

  12. I've seen these trees being sold in nurseries, but didn't know their mix of lemon & mandarin oranges. Every cook should have a lemon tree!

  16. That looks beautiful! I have a question for you. Why is that the oranges in America are so hard to peal while the Indian oranges are so easy to do so? is it because they are from different climate?

  17. Just beautiful! I haven't tried one yet, actually don't think I've seen one in the stores to try... But, I'll bet they're great-enjoy:@)

  25. They're sweeter, or less pucker than regular lemons, and a softer rind. Not bitter at all. yep, cross between a mandarin and a lemon. I find the same flavor if you squeeze a clementine in with regular lemon juice. I think they are grown mostly in California. I tried growing one here in New York, but no luck. All I got after a few years was two shriveled, dried sad ones, not even enough for a martini!

Thanks for the nice comments, Happy Wordless Wednesday!
