I saw these at the Yogurt store and had no clue what they were. Popping Boba, these are strawberry flavored liquid pearls. Fun to try once. They're very sweet. I googled and found this...
Our local bubble tea place served them in bubble tea during the week and only offered real tapioca pearls on Saturday, because they can be used anytime. Tapioca pearls take preparation and are only good for so long, but I prefer them.

I saw these at the yogurt store at the candy and fruit bar. I'm not sure what they are. I will have to google them.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen them.

Sounds like elder abuse, lol.
I like the wax bottles. This was more syrupy inside.
DeleteI have never heard of these and I don't think they carry them here, but sounds like a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteI thought they were the whole candied cherries LOL
ReplyDeleteI have not heard of them either. They look like they came from another planet.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of them either, sounds like they'd be fun to try.

Interesting. I have had bubble tea but haven't tried these. If they are quite sweet, I probably wouldn't like them.

ReplyDeletewhat is that? a kind of candy?
ReplyDeleteIt's small syrup filled bubbles, I had it on top of frozen yogurt. It's also pretty sweet.
DeleteI'm intrigued! It seems like one of those puzzles where you're looking at something from the wrong angle and have to figure out what it is.
