  9. Awesome! We had Blizzard Nachos the other day. Whatever was in the fridge went into the creation...then we kicked back and watched the snow fall!

  13. I think many of the soups can be vegan if you use water instead of chicken stock, or use vegetable stocks. This one, Minestrone with Tomatoes and Rice, is great using water. I'll look in the cookbooks and see what I can come up with.

  20. Oooh...now I am bookmarking this recipe! I love that soup...always get it at Olive Garden! I hope you have managed to dig ot from the blizzard! Ours was pretty...my first white Christmas...but was virtually gone by the next day! lol That's my kind of snow storm! Happy New Year to you and your family!...hugs...Debbie
