Oh my goodness, but my mouth is watering! The Great Dane is making supper and there are potatoes on the menu - I should have shown him your mini-au gratin version!

What a delicious recap of recipes, Carol! That standing rib roast is gorgeous and I have to try that potato gratin in the muffin cups. It'll probably be lots of soup and salads for us in the next month, though after all of the holiday eating we've done.
