    1. They look so good. I saved that recipe when I saw it on Weekend Cooking! That's actually what I bought the pignoli's for :) I keep them in the freezer, too!

    yes, Pignoli nuts. Toasted! I had used them in a roasted mushroom recipe that was very good.
