It's celery root (celeriac)We had it mixed in with mashed potatoes!
It is time for celery root again - we love it! I've never seen such a hairy one, though ;)

I thought so, the leaves look familiar. Unfortunately, I do not care for celery, though I like other root crops such as yucca, and yam!
