My new favorite in my salad the past few weeks has been pea shoots! They add flavor and crunch and it's a nice something different. Adding dried cherries, fennel, walnuts and fresh mozzarella doesn't hurt either!

Looks delicious! Pea shoots always remind me of last year when we were in Sonoma. We ate at The Girl and The Fig. My husband isn't a "foodie". His meal came with pea shoots in the top. He couldn't scrape them off fast enough.

ReplyDeleteI don't know about pea shoots, but I'm assuming that they're the pea version of bean sprouts.
It all looks so delicious! The salad loks refreshing and the steak looks yummy.

I've never had pea shoots but with steak, I'll try it :) It does look good - do they taste a little like peas?
